PRATIGAM’07 – The Alumni Reunion on 1st and 2nd December 2007, saw many faces that were not so long ago seen regularly in the SDM IMD campus. Alumni from the First Batch to the latest were on the campus to interact and have fun.
1st December 2007
The ANTS committee members from the First and Second years left no stone unturned in
ensuring the hospitality to Alumni. The Inaugural session was in the Auditorium with the
traditional lighting of amp. Prof Ramesh Venkateswaran the Director and Prof. S.
Padmanaban, the Member of Alumni Committee, welcomed the Alumni back to the SDM IMD Campus. This was followed by High-Tea.
The Alumni enjoyed the Cultural Program presented by the students which was followed by a DJ Night.
2nd December 2007
The Elections to the SDM IMD Alumni Association was announced for during
the Pratigam’07. The morning began with the Association Elections. The new team Office Bearers
and Executive Council Members were installed. The newly elected members pledged their unstinted
support to the Institute and strengthening the SDM IMD Alumni Network.
The Elections were followed by a General Track Sessions where the Alumni addressed
various concerns, fears and misgivings of the First and Second year students. The
Valedictory was as informal as the Inaugurals. The ANTS team were introduced to the
Alumni and the Vote of Thanks was proposed to all those involved in making Pratigam’07
a success.
